Full range of services
K&A can assist with all stages of a project’s development, from the drawing board to occupancy. While the firm is generally involved throughout the life of a project, clients also call upon K&A for their support on particularly difficult aspects of a project that require special expertise.
Our overriding concern will be to protect the interests of our client, the owner, by monitoring and managing the schedule, the budget, design quality and responsiveness to program, construction quality, and compliance with the documents, and the program intent. To this end, we will foster communication among parties, and work to identify early on – and to resolve – any potential problems. Above all, we will dedicate our energies to project completion on time and within budget.
